You temporarily summon the form of a kappa, shooting toxic spray from its mouth and making your enemies cry for an antidote.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine, Implement, Poison
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 1
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d8 + Charisma modifier poison damage, and the target takes 5 ongoing poison damage (save ends.)
Miss: Half damage.
Oni-Obake: You may choose to deal 3 ongoing poison damage (save ends) to targets you miss hitting with this attack. Noppera-Obake:You may add a +1 to any one defense of your choice for each enemy adjacent to you until the end of your next turn.
