Your strikes will always hit your foe, if it takes more than one swing, so be it
4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Weapon, Grim School
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Requirement: Must be weilding a two-handed heavy blade
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 5[W]+ Strength Modifier
Miss: Half damage, you gain a power bonus equal to your charisma modifier(maximum +6) to your next damage roll against the target before the end of the encounter, unless you attack another creature first
