Scramble True Position	Truenamer 4e Power Type::Attack 1
By twisting the names of your foes, you teleport them around the battlefield.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Implement, Teleportation
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 2 within 10
Target: Enemies in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier damage, and you teleport the target a number of squares equal to your charisma modifier.
Miss: Half damage, and no teleportation.
