Sattery (Shard Ne'Vaal Supplement)

The land of Sattery is a loose confederation of displaced peoples from land now occupied by Hocheim. They have long since lost their homes during the rise of the Hocheim empire, and were driven westward. Upon being turned away from Larysas, they came to the former wastelands of the barren west. And it was here they established the nation of Sattery.

gollark: Vertical farming and hydroponics could maybe work eventually but it'd be a very hard switch.

gollark: Also, unflooded coastal areas and bearable weather.

gollark: Yeees. We do kind of need ecosystems to continue functioning.

gollark: More importantly, there isn't *that* much country-building space to go around, and rather a lot of people who think themselves "strong and aggressive". The probability of an arbitrary "strong and aggressive" person doing this is low.
