Your enemy starts to glow with dark energy. The next time the creature spills blood it flows into the attacker, replenishing his life.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Necrotic, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 20
Target: One Creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: The target takes Intelligence modifier damage, the next time an ally makes a successful attack against the target, the ally may choose to gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier +1/2 level or make a saving throw.
