Your attack breaks through your enemies defenses and leaves them open for a time.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Mettle, Primal, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee 1
Target: One enemy
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Strength modifier damage
Effect: The target takes a -2 penalty to its AC until the end of your next turn.
Regal Lioneer: The AC penalty equals your Charisma modifier.
