This can be achieved using a Wish or Miracle spell. Some DMs ask a Wish to create the body, then another to bring the soul, if the body is not avalible. The player's handbook shows the casting time of this spell to be 10 min, not one.

Well no. If you revive somebody by wish he loses a experience level. If you revive him by true ressurections he does not.
