Changes From the Original SRD

Added (from Abilities and Conditions):

  • " A ray’s attack roll never takes a range penalty."
  • " Rays never allow a Reflex saving throw, but if a character’s Dexterity bonus to AC is high, it might be hard to hit her with the ray in the first place."
gollark: Never changing back though.
gollark: I think we should have some sort of rolling TJ09 thing - one person is TJ09 for the day.
gollark: The description - and everyone else - says them, but that doesn't make them true!
