SRD Talk:Hit Dice (Creature Statistic)
Comment
As a new player, I'm a little confused. Exactly how does the "hit dice" value affect how many hit points my character will have? Actually I figured this out by looking at a different site. Might be helpful to put it here anyway for the uninitiated. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 18.202.1.13 (talk • contribs) 13:01, 2 May 2008 (MDT). Please sign your posts.
- We can't put the information here, as this is the SRD (we cannot change it). --Sam Kay 10:26, 3 May 2008 (MDT)
- not even the admins? also I too have the similar problem. 217.197.4.178 09:06, 24 May 2009 (MDT)
- There are rules inside the SRD license governing how we can use it. WotC purposefully removed some character generation rules. It's a licensing "can't", not a admin can't. --Dmilewski 04:22, 25 May 2009 (MDT)
- just to leave a post here for any other lookers to find what your HD means look at the D&D monster manual 1 on pg 290 good luck --Nomad
