SRD Talk:Gold Dragon

Creature subtype name

In keeping with other creatures with subtypes (e.g. elves), wouldn't it make more sense for this to be listed as "Dragon, Gold"? Likewise other dragon subtypes. --Cúthalion 09:36, 15 February 2007 (MST)

Good catch. Hmmm... I'll plop it on the todo list.--Dmilewski 11:51, 15 February 2007 (MST)

Sizes

I'm curious. Why does this creature definition include all the different size categories when a newborn is already Medium? --Cúthalion 08:50, 16 February 2007 (MST)

Indeed, the Categories pertaining to size on this article are very fudged. They should not include tiny or small and they should include Colossal. --  Tug   talk    contribs    email   20:10, 16 May 2009 (MDT)
Categories are still messed up. --  Tug   talk    contribs    email   14:18, 16 August 2009 (MDT)

Question

I'm curious what the 1 in the young 'special abilities' column means. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.177.144.150 (talk • contribs) 09:47, 23 October 2008 (MDT). Please sign your posts.

The caster level was in the wrong column. I fixed that.--Dmilewski 06:57, 24 October 2008 (MDT)

Typo

In the Gold Dragon Abilities by Age table, there's a typo. On the "Ancient" row, it says "Sunburst 15th" under the abilities column and "30" under "Caster Level".

Complete Spell List Missing

The article says they make "heavy use of spells" and lists of a few of their "favorites", but there is no indication of how many or which spells gold dragons know.

Gold dragons cast spells as sorcerers, and the DM is meant to customize the spell list for that specific dragon. Geodude (talk | contribs | email)‎‎ . . 12:18, 24 October 2020 (MDT)
