SRD Talk:Flat-Footed

I would suggest adding that immediate actions may not be used while flat footed.

As an example the Elan race, from Expanded Psionics Handbook pg. 10, gain the supernatural abilities of Resistance and Resilience which are activated by an immediate action typically not on the characters turn.
