SRD Talk:Blindsight, 5-ft. Radius

Typo?

The last sentence of the description doesn't make any sense. Is the "though" supposed to be a through? It still needs to be changed a bit, even if that is the case... it seems to make logical sense that incorporeality would bypass this feat (i.e. this feat would not help detect a creature that makes no sound of vibrations in the air, etc...). Good catch. My first inclination is to say it's just a misspelled word, but the Incorporeal subtype notes that blindsight is either ineffective or partially effective. To complicate matters further, this feat was from the Divine section of the SRD, which in turn is from Deities and Demigodsa 3.0 sourcebook, which may have used different rules regarding incorporeality and non-visual senses. From page 50 of Deities and Demigods:
..., though it cannot discern incorporeal beings.

Excellent. As I suspected. Thanks for tracking down the actual feat (I don't have the Deities and Demigods book). EldritchNumen 19:59, 26 February 2007 (MST)
gollark: You have to run some script to enable a secret "experiments" menu.
gollark: If they don't want people using the "replies" thing, it shouldn't be shipped in the client.
gollark: See, this is much nicer.
