SRD Talk:Attacks of Opportunity

Clarification of references

At one point the article says "the 5-foot-step and the withdraw action (see below)", but it isn't clear that it is referring to the link to another page/table. I'd recommend including the same link twice "(see <link>Table</link>)". —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.34.196.154 (talk • contribs) 06:26, 30 March 2007 (MDT). Done. Hope it is easier to navigate now. --Green Dragon 08:31, 30 March 2007 (MDT)

I don't play DnD (although I've tried it in the past) so when I was browsing I was disappointed to find that neither this page nor the Action Types page actually links to what the actions are... to find out what a Withdraw was, for instance, I had to Google for it - and even then, the 9th hit for this site was a redirect to the correct page! For those who are interested, the actual link is here: Withdraw --80.175.250.218 06:45, 10 April 2007 (MDT)

Thanks for pointing this out. The SRD is 3,000 pages. That's many opportunities to make mistakes and miss things. The SRD is a work in progress. --Dmilewski 14:43, 10 April 2007 (MDT)

It seems kind of odd for the page to link to itself whenever it mentions the words "attack of opportunity", is this intentional, or..? --Lolzords 08:26, 18 July 2009 (MDT)

Removed that. --Dmilewski 20:31, 18 July 2009 (MDT)
gollark: Just most of them. And you're constrained by whatever the PDF processing library they're using actually supports.
gollark: It's not like it has *every* possible feature.
gollark: It seems like an obvious idea, so it probably doesn't, unless the programmers doing the filtering are lazy/deliberately inattentive.
gollark: I would be interested to know if that works.
