Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Dex + 1d8 Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d4 + Intelligence modifier damage.
Miss: 1d4 + 5 fire ongoing
Special: You fly 9 squares divided however you choose, vertically and horizontally.
