4e Power Usage::Daily  Shadow, Weapon, Jump, Necrotic
4e Power Action Type::Move and Standard Action	Ranged speed +2
Target: One creature or square
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier damage.
Effect: Each creature in close blast 1 from the target suffers 1d8 necrotic damage.
