When this is activated (a standard action), it forms a green field of energy filling a 10ft cube. Any energy shielding within the area of it's effect doubles it's recharge rate and looses the one-round recharge delay. The Regenerator deactivates after 1d10 rounds, and cannot be reactivated.

A Regenerator has a purchase DC of 40, with a restriction of Mil (+3), and weighs 5lbs.
