Razakel (3.5e Deity)
The father of that which brings terror to mankind, the fearful nightmare in the dark. Razakel is the "father of monsters", a terrible demonic god of warped flesh and mind. He is a titanic humanoid, whose skin is mottled and half rotten, gaunt like a lich and dripping vile oozes. His face is warped beyond comprehension, and the mere sight of it drives mortals mad. Within his many mouths and warped muscles one can make out a crown of bone fused in his head with 6 unholy eyes staring into the cesspool of corruption that follows him.

Dogma
Razakel is a crafter, a creator. His children are horrid beasts and nightmares, and so his followers follow suit. Be they the monster crafters and mad experimenters grafting together parts in vile ceremonies, or the hideous aberrations born of such things, he gives his blessing to that which mocks natural life, living and unliving alike.
Clergy and Temples
Only in the most corrupt societies is Razakel is ever worshiped. Intelligent aberrations of a chaotic bent worship him, and very rarely the occasional illithid who prizes Razakel for his... inspirational qualities when it comes to the canvas of flesh. Thus his temples consist of magical labs where madmen brew up terror, and nothing more.
