Ranger of Araluen

Ranger Subclass (this subclass is from the rangers apprentice books and is semi-based on the king's Ranger subclass)

After being chosen by a Ranger to become his apprentice, you begin the daily rigorous training in order to become a full-fledged Ranger.

Unseen Movement

At 3rd level. You get +2 to stealth rolls. This increases by +1 at Levels 7,11,15 and 19.


Dual knife defence

At 3rd level. When dual wielding shortswords and/or dagger you get +2 to your AC.


Rapid Shot

At 7th level. As the result of daily practice, you can fire a second shot at a target within 15ft of your first shots target, as a bonus action. increases to 2 extra shots at level 15.


Snipe

At 11th level. After years of training, you can pinpoint your shots on anything. Whenever you make a ranged attack with a longbow within in 150ft you use a d12 instead of a d8 and past 150ft you use a d10 instead.

Know your Enemy

At 15th level. If you spend at least 1 minute observing or interacting with another creature outside combat, you can learn certain information about its capabilities compared to your own. The DM tells you if the creature is your equal, superior, or inferior in regard to 3 of the following characteristics of your choice:

• Strength score • Dexterity score • Constitution score • Armour Class • Current hit points • Total class levels, if any (Also if the creature has more than one type of class level you get to know one of the types. For example, a creature has 2 levels in Fighter and 4 in Wizard. The player gets to know that the creature is 6th level and has some amount of Fighter levels)
