Rail Gauntlets (3.5e Equipment)

Rail Gauntlets: The Rail Gauntlets are a 6th level magic item for the hands. They have one charge per day at first but increase to 2 at level 12, 3 at level 18. The gauntlets can use any copper object that has the size of a copper piece.
