RWBY Faunus (3.5e Race)

Faunus

Faunus are humans with animal characteristics such as ears, tails, claws, fangs, eyes, etc. Despite their wide diversity and variations, all Faunus share the common traits of seeing better in the dark and facing persecution by normal humans. Faunus share the same drive and conviction as normal humans, live about as long, and have the same needs. Faunus live wherever a human can settle, sometimes their animal traits allow them to survive even better than normal people in certain regions, however, should they choose to live with humans, especially in large cities, they face discrimination and being forced into slums and ghettos.

Personality

Faunus share the same diversity of character as humans.

Physical Description

All Faunus have one or two traits associated with an animal, this can be anything from ears or hair of the animal you derive traits from fully functional natural weapons. Faunus stand about as high and weigh about as much as a human of equivalent size. Their hair is often dark in color and their eyes are often bright in color.

Relations

Faunus suffer discrimination by humans, some go on to prove humans wrong by becoming social workers, Hunters, soldiers, or some other important job in the world of Remnant.

Faunus share the same alignment tendencies as humans.

Language

Common, Faunus with high Intelligence can learn the patterns and behaviors of an animal instead of a language, offering a +2 bonus to all skill checks directed on that animal.
