Quicken Wand [Epic]

3e Summary::You can cast spells from a wand with a moment’s thought.

Prerequisite: Craft Wand, Master Wand, Quicken Spell, Spellcraft 15 ranks

Benefit: You can cast any spell from a wand as a swift action by burning up twice the normal number of charges to activate the spell. A spell stored in a wand with a casting time longer than one action cannot be quickened with this feat.

Normal: Wands require a standard action to activate.
