You fire off a quick shot at your enemy
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Ranged, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity Modifier damage
Special: You can use this power in place of a melee basic attack when making an opportunity attack. Using this power does not provoke opportunity attacks.
