The enemy strikes, but they allow you to retort.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Immediate Reaction	Melee weapon
Trigger: You are hit by an attack.
Target: The creature that targeted you.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 3[W] + Dexterity modifier damage and the target is knocked prone.
Effect: You call the spirit of the wind.
