Pulling Crane	Mechanist 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Your crane arm extends outward, and strikes at an enemy, pulling them in towards you, allowing you to make a second attack, or grab them if you are able.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee 2
Requirement: Crane Arm
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1[W] + Intelligence Modifier damage. Pull the target 1 square towards you. If you are able to grab, you may do so now. Else, the target grants you combat advantage until the end of your next turn, and you can make a melee basic attack against the target as a free action.
