You draw the Psychic Card from your deck and inflict mental trauma to your foes
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Implement, Psychic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Primary Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d10 + Charisma modifier psychic damage. Make a secondary attack
Miss: Half damage, and no secondary attack
Secondary Target: Each enemy adjacent to the primary target
Secondary Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude.
Hit: 1d10 + Charisma modifier psychic damage, and you push the target 3 squares.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: When you sustain this power, you can repeat the secondary attack (the primary target stays the same each time).
