You create an orb of force, that explodes with shards of primal force.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Force, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 20
Primary Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 3d6 + Wisdom modifier force damage, and ongoing damage 5 (Save ends). Make secondary attack.
Miss: Half damage, no ongoing damage and no secondary attack.
Secondary Target: Each creature adjacent to primary target.
Secondary Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex.
Hit: 1d10 + Wisdom modifier force damage.
