The character has enhanced defenses.
Prerequisite: Wis 15+, Power (accelerated probability or precognition) 9 ranks, Evolved
Benefit: As a special use of the Power (accelerated probability or precognition) skills you may as a swift action add your character level to your defense as a dodge bonus for 1 round. This requires a DC 25 Power (accelerated probability or precognition) check.
