History
The Power Orcs came about when an Orc killed his tribe he then tried to learn spells. Eventually he taught his offspring how to be a Power Orc and then it spread ever since then more Orcs becoming Power Orcs. The Subrace has almost been killed off many times warring with the Orcs because while the Power Orcs are very powerful the Orcs have strength in numbers
Society
Power Orcs are nomads. At the age of 16 they leave their parents to kill other young Orcs and only the most powerful survive. At a certain age maybe around 30 or 40 they become less of nomads settle down and start teaching other Power Orcs. If and when they do eventually settle down it will most likely be with at most with 9 other Power Orcs and many children to teach them the Power Orc ways.
