POWER ARMOR TRAINING Combat
With this feat you can operate the various forms of power armor.
Prerequisite: Intelligence 14, Level 6+, Have received training from in-game source in the use of Power_Armor_(Fallout_Supplement).
Benefit: You can wear and operate power armor.
Normal: Without this feat you simply can not effectively operate power armor. You suffer an armor check penalty of -10, lose Dex modifier to defense, are considered flat-footed at all times, and your movement is 10ft/rd. These are also the effects of a suit of power armor without a fusion core or an empty fusion core.
