Pneumatic Charge	Mechanist 4e Power Type::Attack 1
Surging forth by the matrices of your pneumatic greaves, you knock down an opponent with a solid tackle.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee 1
Requirement: Pneumatic Greaves apparatus
Target: One Creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d8 + Wisdom Modifier damage, and you knock the target prone.
Effect: You may shift one square as a free action after the attack.
Special: When charging, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack.
