You summon a pillar of fire on the ground, incinerating your foes
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Primal, Implement, Fire
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area Burst 1 within 10
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6+ Wisdom modifier damage, and the target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn. Each ally adjacent to the target gains the fire elemental enhancement bonus.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Standard: All enemies in the burst take 1d6 + Wisdom modifier damage.
