Phoenix Fire Wine (3.5e Equipment)

Phoenix Fire Wine is fermented red grapes, black berries, and a few other things that give it a spicy flavor. It also doesn't take long for the effects to kick in. A glass or two would make even the most dwarfiest dwarf drunk. After drinking it, it gives you the feeling of over all warmth. In which case, it gives you a +5 cold resistance per glass. But you get a -3 to any skill with the key ability being dexterity.

This page is incomplete and/or lacking flavor. Reason: ...it gives you a +5 per glass vs. cold... - Cold Effect, Cold Subtype, using the rules from Frostburn?
