Phoenix Assault Enhancement (Fallout Supplement)

Phoenix Assault Enhancement

You have extra inherent protection against energy attacks.
Prerequisite: Needs to be learned about and bought. Requires a suit of combat armor., [[Phoenix Armor Implants (D20 Modern Feat)|Phoenix Armor Implants]]
Benefit: +10% to Damage Resistance against fire, laser and plasma damage, replacing the Phoenix Armor Implants. Unfortunately, it also drains 1 point of Charisma.
Special: This is an implant perk, which means that it cannot simply be taken when leveling up. It can be gained from doctors in Vault City, Redding or San Francisco once having learned about implants in Vault City. This implant also requires parting with a suit of normal combat armor; Combat armor Mk II and Brotherhood armor cannot be used for this purpose. Having the Phoenix Armor Implants perk is required.
