A little girl wanders too far from her mother, who's more worried with her trouble-making brothers. She find herself before a small bird, it appears to made of fire. She's captivated by the flame, reaches out to feel its heat. The little bird notices the child and lunges at her. The mother hears a scream and rushes to her aid. "Katya! What is it" She asked, worry creaking into her voice. Upon seeing the phoenix, the mother whacks it away. Upon examining the child, she found no burns. Years later, Katya began to change, she was now a wielder of flame, a warrior destined for the battlefield.
Physical Description
The Phoenix-reborn are human, but develop certain traits. Their eyes turn red and look much like that of a hawk's, their hair turns red, and they grow red feathered wings out of their back.
History
The phoenix-reborn are humans who have had contact with a phoenix at a young age, but instead of being burned, they absorbed the magic within the phoenix. This process is a mystery and does not affect the child till they begin to develop into an adult.
Society
Phoenix-reborn are quite rare. They often do not find others. Their society is rather the humans they live with.

The phoenix-reborn are born human, and therefore have human names depending on where they are born.
Phoenix-reborn Traits
The phoenix-reborn take on a few traits because of their phoenix abilities.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.
Age. Upon death from old age, the phoenix-reborn are reborn in a younger body. They have no age limit and cannot permanently die.
Alignment. Phoenix-reborn normally tend towards chaotic alignments
Size. Phoenix-reborn are originally human, but develop hollow bones. They vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. Due to your wings, you can also fly 30 feet.
Darkvision". You have 60ft of darkvision due to your bird-like eyes.
Firey body. due to your phoenix abilities,you have resistance to fire damage and you have vulnerability to cold damage.
Rebirth. Upon death, you are reborn in the last city you visited. You do not keep your items or gold.
Natural fire affinity. You feel a slight instinct when you're young. You learn the firebolt cantrip.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
