Phaser

Physical Description

Phasers look like ordinary humans with pale skin and white hair, but purple eyes.

History

The history of the Phasers is shrouded in mystery, as many people who are alive do not know they exist.

Phasers just mingle in with human society,

Phaser Names

Phasers often take human names, but some go by some race-specific names.

Male: Phantom, Shadow.

Female: Banshee, Geist.

Phaser Traits

Phasers look like humans. They act like humans. But they are not from here.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2 and your Charisma score increases by 1.
Age. Phasers are born mature and do not die naturally, so they live until they are killed.
Alignment. Almost all Phasers are Neutral.
Size. Phasers vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 10 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Phase. As an action or bonus action, you can disappear and appear somewhere within 80ft that does not have to be in view. You may also use this as a reaction to an attack once per week. When you do this, the damage is halved.
Fade. You can turn invisible as if by Greater Invisibility as many times as you like. You can also turn only parts of yourself invisible.
Psionics. You can mentally communicate with any creature within 80ft. They cannot respond. You must share a language. If you do not share a language, you can only speak in emotion. You can innately cast Telekinesis at its lowest level without components.
Strain. You can use the Telekinesis spell innately 5 times before two long rests. After that, you may cast it again, but you must pay 1 hit point per additional use.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.

gollark: Secondly, running one task per reminder would be very inefficient.
gollark: Firstly, you have to persist reminders too in case of bot outages.
