You fill the air with the sounds of malicious, insane laughter that overwhelm the senses of any who hear it. Each creature within the radius must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of your next turn. If the target fails the saving throw by 5 or more, they are also paralyzed for this amount of time.
