Perpetual Chaos (3.5e Trait)
Perpetual Chaos [Psionic]
3e Summary::Your mental powers are great, but have weakened your attention to the real world.
Prerequisite: Must be able to manifest psionic powers.
Benefit: You are permanently considered psionically focused. If you expend your focus, you automatically regain it after one round. You do not have to make a check or use an action to do this. Additionally, you gain +3 circumstance bonus to concentration when manifesting.
Drawback: You take a -1 penalty on Listen, Spot, and Search checks.
Roleplaying Ideas: Characters that are in Perpetual Chaos are somewhat absent minded, and fail to notice details others would normally catch. They are intensely connected to their psionic powers, and identify more with their condition as a manifester than anything else.
