Perfected Skill [General]
3e Summary::You have become quite proficient in a skill
Prerequisite: This feat may only be taken when the character has had years of practice of the skill wanted to perfected, as well as be exceedingly intelligent requiring a 25 intelligence or higher to be taken
Benefit: You may gain a +25 to any one skill of your choice so long as it has been practiced for years before hand.
Normal: Your skill progresses normally
Special: If your intelligence is higher than 25, the normal ranking cap is uncapped.
