You fire a powerful shot that is capable of going through multiple targets
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity Modifier damage and make a secondary attack against a creature that gains cover from the primary target.
Secondary Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC.
Hit: 1[W] damage.
