Penetrating Shard	Wizard 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You fire a small spirit shard that is capable of driving right through the target and hitting another target behind it.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement, Force
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Primary Target: One creatures
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d8 + Intelligence Modifier force damage. Make a secondary attack.
Secondary Target: One creature in range that is granted a cover bonus by the primary target being in the way.
Secondary Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude.
Hit: Intelligence modifier force damage.
Level 21: primary hit causes 2d8 + Intelligence modifier fire and force damage; secondary hit causes 5 + Intelligence modifier fire force damage.
