Your hand and weapon vaporizes, then drifts all the way to that guard over there and in an instant his head is rolling on the floor and your hand re-materializes

4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 5
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Wisdom modifier and the target grants combat advantage for one round after the attack.
Water Preferrence: You deal bonus damage equal to your Intelligence modifier if you already had combat advantage against the target. Air Preferrence: You can attack use this attack as a minor action but you cannot make a second attack this turn.
