For a start, you made this pact because you lost the will to live. You have disadvantage on all death saving throws. Also, any intimidation attempts against you based on threats to your life have no effect. Additionally, as an action, you "kill yourself". You have a pool of hit points equal to 15*your warlock level. You can choose how many of these hit points to deal to whoever you wish within 30 feet. Immediately after this, you are subject to the Feign Death spell, dispellable as if it were cast at 9th level. Yes, your patron lied. At least you get to know what death feels like.
