Oversized Human (5e Race Variant)

Human Variant

For reasons yet unknown, some strains of humanity grow to be much larger than others. Known as oversized humans, they may form their own genetically continuous societies, or the children of normally sized humans may very rarely grow to be freakishly large as a result of a divine blessing or curse. Of course, in a particularly silly campaign setting, oversized humans require no explanation to exist.

The following variant traits replace the human's Ability Score Increase.

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength and Constitution scores each increases by 1.
Athletic. You have proficiency in the Athletics skill.
Long Stride. You can walk faster and further thanks to your long legs. Your speed is 35 feet.
Powerful Build. Your carrying capacity is doubled, along with the amount of weight you can push, drag, or lift.

The following trait replaces the human's Medium size.

Design Note: It is recommended that you use the Large Player Characters and Oversized variant rules.

Size. Oversized humans stand 10-12 feet tall and average over 1,000 pounds in weight. Your size is Large.
