Orc Lineage [Lineage]

One of your parents was an orc, and you have inherited some of their power.

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-orc (but have an orc parent)

Benefit: You may use warriors surge as a daily power. You gain a +1 to speed while charging. You can take feats that have Orc or warriors surge as prerequisties as long as you meet any other requirement.
