4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + dexterity modifier damage.
Effect: This attack provokes an opportunity attack from the target.
Special: This attack scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
