One Finger Block	Fist Master 4e Power Type::Attack 23
Slipping through your opponent's defenses, you place one finger on his forehead. Suddenly, he is not capable of doing anything anymore, so long as you leave your finger there.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Martial, Unarmed
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: Target is stunned until the end of your next turn.
SilkPath: After you stop sustaining this power, the target is stunned until it saves.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: As long as you could sustain a grab on the target, you can sustain this power as a minor action. You take a -4 malus on all rolls (but save rolls) you make until the end of your next turn.
