Numbing Rage [Racial]

Being bloodied only encourages you to survive.

Prerequisite: Drakkoth

Benefit: When bloodied, you gain temporary hit points equal to your healing surge value. This replaces the 10 temporary hit points gained by the drakkoth rage racial power.
