As you strike, you tap into the life energy of your Bloodied foe.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Divine, Weapon, Necrotic, Divine
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + wisdom modifier. If the target was your bloodied before the attack or by the attack, you gain temp HP equal to your Constitution modifier.
21st Level: Damage increases to 2[W] + Wisdom modifier.
