4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee or Ranged
Target: One creature
Attack: Str/Dex Vs. AC
Hit: 3[w] + ability modifier damage
Effect: If the target moves or shifts before your next turn it takes ongoing 10 damage (save ends).
