Naturally Skilled [Character Creation]
3e Summary::When you're focused, you're able to set your mind to learning something, even though you aren't all that bright!
Prerequisite: Non-Human Race, Intelligence less than 9.
Benefit: You gain 2 extra skill points at each level.
Normal: Your class and Intelligence modifier determine the entirety of your skill points.
Special: This feat must be taken at first level.

gollark: I have the "FX-991EX" because it's cheaper, which cannot graph but does at least have (bad) complex number support and whatever.
